Yes. Pets are part of the family, and we regularly clean homes with dogs, cats, and other pets. We simply ask that you let us know in advance if there are any special instructions, such as a pet that should not leave a certain room or that needs to remain in a specific area while we clean.
A regular cleaning typically takes between 1 and 4 hours, depending on the size of the home, number of rooms, condition of the property, and number of cleaners performing the service. A Deep Cleaning typically takes between 4 and 12 hours in most cases. These are general estimates. Larger homes, properties with heavier buildup, or situations requiring additional attention may take longer.

You do not need to clean your home before we arrive. However, we recommend putting away clothes, toys, documents, and personal items that may be scattered around the home. This allows our team to access surfaces more easily and spend the scheduled time actually cleaning your home.

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is specifically designed for homes where someone is moving in or moving out. Because the property is usually empty or partially empty, our team can access areas that may not normally be available during a regular residential cleaning, including certain interior surfaces and spaces usually covered by furniture or personal belongings.
