Question 1

Which San Ramon communities do you regularly cover?

Accepted Answer

This page lists Downtown.

Question 2

How do visits work for occupied homes or buildings in San Ramon?

Accepted Answer

Share entry notes, parking, and any HOA or condo check-in steps before the visit so the crew can reach the listed rooms in San Ramon without guessing building rules.

Question 3

How do you plan trips into San Ramon?

Accepted Answer

Travel time from our base is typically 25 min; we route San Ramon stops together when schedules allow.

Question 4

Is the inside of the oven and refrigerator included?

Accepted Answer

Cleaning the inside of the oven and refrigerator may depend on the type of service selected and, in some cases, may be available as an additional service. To see exactly what is included with your cleaning, please visit our Service Checklist section.

Question 5

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No. You do not need to be home while we clean. Many of our clients provide a key, door code, garage access, or specific entry instructions so our team can complete the service while they are away. If you prefer to stay home during the cleaning, that is completely fine. We simply ask that you allow our cleaners access to the areas being cleaned while they are working in each space. We can coordinate the best access option with you before your appointment.

Question 6

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my cleaning?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation, rescheduling, and applicable fee policies are available in our service policies.

Question 7

How often should I schedule a cleaning?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your household and lifestyle. Families with children, pets, or higher household traffic often benefit from weekly or biweekly cleanings. We also offer other cleaning frequencies based on each client's needs.

Question 8

What is included in a standard residential cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Our standard cleaning service is focused on the regular maintenance of your home and typically includes cleaning bathrooms, the kitchen, surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Some items may vary depending on the service selected. To see exactly what is included, we recommend checking our Service Checklist section, where we provide a detailed breakdown of each cleaning service.

Question 9

Why might you recommend a Deep Cleaning before recurring cleanings?

Accepted Answer

If your home has not had a detailed professional cleaning in some time, buildup may be present in several areas. A Deep Cleaning allows us to establish a fresh cleaning baseline. After that, regular cleaning visits can maintain your home much more efficiently. Our team can help evaluate your situation and recommend the service that best fits your needs.

Question 10

What is Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is specifically designed for homes where someone is moving in or moving out. Because the property is usually empty or partially empty, our team can access areas that may not normally be available during a regular residential cleaning, including certain interior surfaces and spaces usually covered by furniture or personal belongings. Please visit our Service Checklist to see everything included with this service.

Question 11

How is the price of my cleaning calculated?

Accepted Answer

The price can vary based on several factors, including the size of your home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, type of cleaning, service frequency, current condition of the property, and any additional services requested. You can also use our Smart Calculator available on our website. The calculator uses real information about your home to provide an estimated average cost for the service. It does not provide a final price or official quote, but it can help give you a more realistic idea of the expected cost before requesting an estimate.

Question 12

What is the difference between professional cleaning and regular household cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Our team follows professional processes, standards, and cleaning routines designed to make the service more efficient and consistent. In addition to saving you time, professional cleaning helps maintain your home on a regular basis and gives attention to areas that are often overlooked during everyday cleaning.

Question 13

Do you clean inside cabinets?

Accepted Answer

Cleaning inside cabinets is typically not included in a regular residential cleaning, but it may be available with certain services or as an add-on. This type of cleaning is especially common with Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning services. Please check our Service Checklist for complete details.
